Rates vary by distance and by vehicle options, from a Sedan for 1–3 passengers up to an Executive Van for groups of up to 10.
What's Included, What's Extra
Every flat-rate airport transfer includes HST, a meet-and-greet at arrivals, and free real-time flight tracking, so your driver adjusts to your actual landing time at no extra charge for reasonable delays. The one common add-on is 407 ETR tolls, which apply only if that route is used to get you to your destination faster. There are no other hidden add-ons built into the flat rate.
Hourly & Point-to-Point Rates
Not every trip fits a flat rate. For point-to-point service outside our standard airport routes, or as-directed bookings where you need the vehicle on standby, we bill hourly. This works well for corporate travel, multi-stop city trips, or events where your schedule isn't fixed to a single pickup and drop-off. Ask your dispatcher for a quote that matches your itinerary when you book your ride.
No Surge, No Hidden Fees
Flat rates don't change based on demand, time of day, or how busy the airport is — the price you're quoted for your route and vehicle is the price you pay, aside from tolls if your route uses them. There's no surge pricing model here.
