These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (airportlimo.xyz) and your booking of transportation services with Airport Limo Toronto XYZ ("we," "us," "our"). By booking with us or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Booking and Confirmation
Submitting our online form or contacting us by phone or email is a request to book, not a guaranteed reservation — we'll confirm your chauffeur, vehicle, and exact pickup details before your trip. For airport pickups, we track your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge if your flight is delayed.
Pricing
Flat rates and fare estimates shown on this site are for standard trips under normal conditions. Quoted fares include HST; 407 ETR tolls are billed separately when a route uses the 407, and we do not apply surge pricing. The fare estimator tool provides an estimate, not a final guaranteed price — your confirmed rate will be provided at time of booking.

Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Use
Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse or end service in cases involving unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or violation of vehicle policies (for example, smoking in a vehicle). Any damage caused to a vehicle beyond normal wear may be billed to the responsible passenger.
Liability
We carry commercial insurance and take reasonable care to provide safe, reliable transportation, but we are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, or flight changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian law.
Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate bookings. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within Ontario.
